Balujas’s Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver products purchased from Balujas in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. For all purchases a shipping charge of Rs. 50 will be applicable

• If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges.
• If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.
• If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will not be refunded. However if you self-ship your returns, you will be reimbursed based on Balujas’s Returns Policy.

What are the shipping charges on Balujas products?

Rs. 50 will be levied as Shipping Charges.

How long will it take to receive the ordered products?

We attempt to process every order and ship within 24 hrs. Exact shipping time depends on the availability of certain products and will be communicated during the process of ordering. Depending on the shipping address within India, post ordering, this should take 5-7 days overall to get delivered. In some rare cases, due to delivery address accessibility issues, it may take longer to receive the shipment.

Does Balujas deliver products outside India?

Balujas does not deliver products outside India. You can place an order on our website from anywhere in the world; however please ensure that the delivery address is within India.

How do I know my if my area is serviceable or not? Can I opt for Cash On Delivery payment in my area?

If you want to know whether your area is serviceable or not, you can call us at +91-11-12345678 and provide your PIN code. We will be inform you about the serviceability and the availability of COD option in this area.

I ordered from Balujas before, and it was delivered to my PIN code; but now I am not able to place an order to my address!

There are some PIN codes which were serviced by Balujas earlier, but are unserviceable now due to courier issues. If you are trying to place an order using one of these PIN codes, we will not be able to take your order. You may provide a different address with a serviceable PIN code in order to successfully place your order. Please contact our Customer Care at +91-11-12345678 to know which PIN codes are serviceable.

On Balujas’s website, it says 24 Hours Dispatch, but it takes much longer to deliver. Why?

Orders are processed and shipped out of our Warehouse within 24 hours. After dispatch, it may take 5-7 business days for the order to be delivered to its delivery address.

What will be the mode of delivery?

Balujas has partnered with Blue Dart and DTDC for shipment of products in India. Depending upon your location and reach, we also employ other domestic but reliable service providers to deliver products.
